FOZ DE IGUAZU
Foz de Iguacu is home to the waterfalls of Iguacu. Although the city itself really is nothing special, the waterfalls are a true wonder of nature. Another cool thing to check out is Itaipu dam, one of the largest dams in the world. With some spare time left also check out the Parque das Aves, a bird sanctuary with over 800 different species of endemic and foreign birds.

It is possible to combine Itaipu Dam and the Brazilian side of Iguazu waterfalls in 1 day (check in advance at what time the buses depart at Itaipu).
If you do 2 days, stay overnight on the Argentinian side. It is more pleasant than the Brazilian city of Iguaçu.
