Camaguey is a bit different than any other place in Cuba. There is a certain chique that goes over this town. The Spanish heritage can be felt more here than in any other place in Cuba. The casas are very nice and there are some nice shopping streets. Camaguey is less frequently visited than cities like Santiago and Trinidad, but it certainly is worth stopping by for a day or so.
