Thailand is one of our very favorite locations in South East Asia. It’s very diverse and there is something to everybody’s liking here. Most people come to Thailand to enjoy its many paradisiacal islands on either side of the Thai-Malaysian peninsula which stretches out south over hundreds of kilometers. These beaches are truly among the world’s most beautiful and island hopping is one of the most popular tourist activities. The islands cater for some of the world’s best diving and snorkeling spots and prices are relatively low. Besides, Island hopping is relatively easy, so in a few weeks time you can discover many of them.

But there is so much more. If you’re looking to discover Bangkok’s vibrant and incredibly energetic city life or if it is jungle and natural beauty that you’re after, Thailand offers it all.

Since Thailand has been discovered by international tourism quite some time ago it is not as easy to find a truly unexplored area  as it would be in Laos or Myanmar, but if time is on your side it still is possible to get off the beaten track. Thailand offers a great variety in landscapes and has plenty to offer for people in search of natural beauty and adventure. Thailand is also known as a hedonistic place and the influence of sex tourism does not go unnoticed. However, this is mostly concentrated around specific areas such as certain neighbourhouds in Bangkok (Patpong) and the beach resorts in Pataya.

All together Thailand is just an amazing place and makes a perfect travel destination for every type of traveler.
