With over 10 million inhabitants Thailand’s capital Bangkok is its biggest and most energetic city. The city is just enormous and very hectic. It seems as if all 10 million people are trying to get from one place to another by car, bus, taxi, Skytrain or TukTuk at the same time day and night. Bangkok can be overwhelming, but it really is a great place to explore for a few days. It has a couple of amazing sights such as Wat Phra Kaew, and Grand Palace complex that you should not miss. Besides there are excellent or perhaps better said, Endless shopping possibilities. Bankgok’s nightlife is wild, especially during the weekends when a good party is never far away.
If you’re into it you can attend a Thai kick boxing match or even more bizar Ping Pong or LadyBoy show. Most visitors and backpackers stay around the touristy but entertaining Kao San Road, but Siam (shopping district) and Sukhumvit and the adjoining Soi streets also house a fair share of visitors.
Definitely one of the coolest cities in Asia!!
